Computer/sat nav crashing

Hi guys I really hope I'm in the right section to ask this. I've searched everywhere online and can't find the solution. My 2 series active tourer 2015, the computer/sat nav is crashing or restarting itself all the time. I wanted to reboot it and can only find answers for idrive/x5 nothing for 2 series active tourer. I've tried what they suggest and nothing happens. Please could you help as I hope it isn't going to cost me an arm and leg to get get fixed.
Thanks!

If itís electrical, and everything is on bimmers today youíll need a bmw dealer service. Canít get a round that in this day and age. As to cost, when I upgraded the navigation system early this year from the 2015 that had been installed to 2018, cost was a couple hundred dollars and about 3 1/2 hours wait time. That had to be done by a specialist mechicanic. Donít know if this helps.
