Akrapovic Pipes?

the 435 just got a new set of Akra pipes, you think the 2 series will as well? I have to think the process should be relatively simple, 4 series and 2 series share just about everything except for 2 inches of body work...

Akras system feature two central link pipes replacing the single stock pipe. The dual-mode ECU-controlled valve exhaust from Akrapovic offers stock-level sound at normal cruising, and a deep sporty note when driving the 435i spirited. The Akra system replaces stock from the cats back.

Akrapovic claims a 7 hp bump, 1.8 lbs weight reduction and 8 lbs of torque gained.

LISTEN!

Once the 2 series comes out I'm sure we'll see the system from akra for it.

Yeah it will slowly but surly aftermarket parts will come out for it just like all the other ones.

That's were people make a lot of cash.

My Abarth exhaust was designed by Akrapovic and I love the sound. I don't know how they do it. They have some of the best sounding motorcycles. I hope that skill translates to larger motors.

aftermarket for this car will be epic, being a cheap BMW that has a setup most enthusiasts want.

I want to hear what this exhaust sounds like. Perhaps there is a video on YouTube or something. They look like they would make a nice and full tone.
