Why doesn't BMW uses V6's instead of straight 6's?

The naturally aspirated straight 6's that BMW puts in the 128i, 228i, and 328i, produces 230 horsepower. The naturally aspirated v6 in the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro produces 306 horsepower, the V6 in the Nissan 370z produces 332 horsepower. The straight 6's from BMW needs twin turbos to make that much power!

Then, how we make money is up to us
